We envision small clusters of 3D-printed casitas built around shared green space, designed for affordability, multigenerational living, and neighborhood revitalization.

On-Deman Casita Library

Soon, homeowners and investors will be able to choose from a growing catalog of customizable casitas models - built to code and tailored to purpose, from rentals to offices to in-law suites.

Workforce Housing Partnerships

We’re actively exploring partnerships with cities and employers to build cost-effective housing for teachers, healthcare workers, and public employees near the communities they serve.

Florida Expansion & Beyond

With our roots in Orlando, we’re preparing to scale to other Florida cities where ADUs can help meeting rising housing demand, then share our model with communities across the country.
